    What types of therapy do you offer in Wake Forest?

    We provide a wide range of counseling services in Wake Forest, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, yoga therapy, nutrition counseling, teen/child therapy such as art therapy and play therapy, as well as specialized treatments for anxiety, depression, and trauma. We also provide psychological testing if you’re looking for further clarification on a diagnosis.

    Yes, we also offer online counseling.

    How much does therapy cost, and do you accept insurance?

    Therapy costs vary depending on the service and therapist. We accept many major insurance plans. We currently accept BCBC, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Medcost. We have several therapists who are in-network with Tricare. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. 

    Please contact us to check whether we are in-network with your provider. If we are not in-network, we can provide a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your insurance benefits.

    How soon can I schedule an appointment?
