- Years of Experience & Areas of Specialization: Tiffany supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, medical trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, behavioral and mood disorders and more.
- Therapeutic Philosophy: Tiffany believes that therapy should feel personal, safe, and collaborative. She uses a mix of Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and creative approaches like art and play therapy to help clients explore their experiences, manage emotions, and build on their strengths. Every person is different, and Tiffany works with each client to find the strategies and tools that work best for them.

The cost of therapy depends on the type of session you pick and who you see. We partner with many major insurance companies, including BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Medcost. Some of our therapists are in-network with Tricare. We don’t accept Medicaid or Medicare. Give us a call, and we can check if your insurance is accepted. If we’re out-of-network, you can get a receipt for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s details.
