Who We’re Looking For

We are currently hiring Licensed Outpatient Therapists for 1099 independent contractor positions, available full-time or part-time. Therapists may choose to work in-person at one of our North Carolina locations or virtually from other states.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Active licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
A warm, collaborative, and inclusive therapeutic style
Experience working with children and families (preferred)
Strong documentation and communication skills
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth through trainings and clinical development; specialty training in EMDR and IFS is preferred

Please note: All positions are 1099 contractor roles. While we offer robust support, flexibility, and wellness stipends, traditional employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, PTO) are not included.
