Who: Adults suffering from grief due to the loss of a loved one.
What: Open group meetings, one hour in length.
Where: Bowman Family Services, 4312 Henson Drive, Wilmington
Why: Heal, find support, and create a legacy for your loved one.
When: Last Friday of every month (unless otherwise specified).
Cost: $35 per session (Insurance and self-pay accepted. Initial assessment required for attendance.)

Grieving is difficult, but not addressing it makes everything even tougher. I’m here to help, along with a supportive community. You will breathe, laugh, and live again, and in time, the days will hurt a little less. As someone who has experienced the painful loss of a loved one, I understand that grieving is easier said than done.
